Module 02
Breathwork
Practical breathing techniques your team can use in real time — between meetings, after a hard conversation, or during high-pressure moments — to shift out of fight-or-flight fast.
Module 03
Qigong Movement
Simple, standing movements drawn from traditional qigong practice — adapted for a corporate setting. No floor exercises. No gear. Done in business attire. Each movement regulates the nervous system through coordinated breath and motion.
Module 04
Stress Recovery Protocols
A short toolkit of 2–3 minute protocols employees can use between meetings, after incidents, or during high-stakes periods. These are techniques they keep and actually use — not skills that disappear when the workshop ends.
Module 05
Sustainable Performance
Building a team culture where calm is a trained skill, not a personality trait. Individual regulation adds up — fewer escalations, clearer decisions, less turnover.
