Session 1 · Outward Protection
Corporate Self-Defense & Awareness Seminar
  • Awareness (ABC Framework) Self-awareness, awareness of others (pre-conflict cues), and environmental awareness — find exits before you need them.
  • Prevention & Myth Busting Replace dangerous assumptions. 4 myths debunked: keys between fingers, knee to groin, "I have a weapon," denial as a strategy.
  • The Fence (Verbal + Physical) Natural boundary-setting using hand positioning and verbal commands. Appears passive — allows instant response.
  • Verbal De-Escalation Communication tools that defuse conflict before it becomes physical. The 7% rule — non-verbal signals matter most.
  • Physical Solutions Cover mechanics, palm heel strikes, Cover → Crash → Counter-Attack. Done in business attire. No memorization required.
Session 2 · Inward Control
Nervous System Regulation Workshop
  • Nervous System Basics Why teams react, freeze, or spiral under stress — and how to physiologically interrupt the fight-or-flight response.
  • Breathwork Techniques Real-time tools for shifting out of stress response — usable between meetings, after incidents, or during peak pressure.
  • Qigong Movement Standing movements that regulate the nervous system. No floor exercises. Done in business casual. No experience needed.
  • Stress Recovery Protocols 2–3 minute tools employees can use daily. Practical. Documented. Skills that outlast the workshop.
  • Sustainable Team Performance Building a culture where calm is a trained skill, not a personality type. Fewer escalations, better decisions, lower turnover.
